POKEY THE TURTLE!
Pokey was on an extended summer vaction in Ms.Rose’s home, but has returned to the classroom for lap crawling and carrot eating fun!
What is a GLOG?
A glog is a way to make a webpage (or an internet poster) and a great way for me to provide you with Internet tools and resources that work well for your student. I am currently putting one together for each student this may not be completed till the end of the year. But feel free to send videos or pictures to add to your child’s glog.
IAA/ ISAT Dates: 3rd -5th graders
ISAT’s March 2nd – 12th/ IAA February 22nd- March 19th
Parent Teacher Conferences:
Week of February 4th and 5th, these will be set up through general education teachers. Please let us know if there is a specific team member you need to be there, otherwise we do our best to be at all conferences.
2nd, 3rd, and 4th Grade Research Project: DISCOVERY FAIR
In order for us to demonstrate the academic and social skills we have been working on, we are going to research Dinosaurs and present our research. Students will be given the option to present at the Discovery Fair February 22nd and we will have a special evening April 29th, where students from Ms. Rose’s class can present this and other work they are proud of to our parents, and staff from school.
